3. I can't access a title and I'm sure my username and password are correctUsernames/passwords are case sensitive. Please ensure your numlock key isn't on while entering your details. If you still cannot log in please in the first instance contact your tutor or librarian to verify your details. If you still cannot log in please ask your tutor or librarian to contact us.
4. My institution has IP access but it isn't working for a title.Please verify that your institute is subscribed to that particular title. If you are subscriber please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
5. I had a URL bookmarked/linked/written down that no longer worksIt is sometimes necessary to move files and change the functionality of applications as we maintain and develop the service. PLEASE refrain from using URLs directly to our titles and instead login via the login/access resources page. Once logged into a title a particular ID/file or record can be navigated to easily via the "File ID" box.
6. How do I (a student) know whether my institution has a subscription to a particular title.Please refer to your tutor or librarian who can tell you.
